Mug 'Charlottenburg' by MAMSAM
H: 10,5 cm
D: 8,5 cm
MAMSAM ceramic mugs are associated, first of all, with the aesthetics of PRL (the Polish People’s Republic), although they were also inspired by the German design of the 1960s. The first patterns referred directly to the Polish applied graphics of the 1970s. However, with time, the designers cooperating with MAMSAM started to treat them as a medium to refer to current political and cultural events.
MAMSAM mugs are - primarily - excellent Polish design as well as a platform, presenting the works of Polish graphic artists and distinguished designers.
They are produced in limited series, not exceeding 100 pieces (mostly 30 pieces of one pattern). Each series is a unique collection of logotypes.
